Shipping & Returns
1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. We only ship to billing addresses. All orders with different shipping addresses will be canceled.
2. Delivery Location
Any shipments outside of the U.S are not available at this time.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances. All orders will take 1-2 business days to be inspected and reviewed. For shipping, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2-3 business days of the date of your order. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery, We ship out orders from Monday-Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Weekends. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, a method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. Allow up to 2-4 business days for shipping and tracking confirmation sent via email.
4. Delivery Instructions
Please remember to list your apartment #during check out. If failed to do so, once orders are re-shipped back to us you will have to pay for shipping again.

6. Damaged Items in Transport
Once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, USPS is responsible and any other questions or concerns should be through them (1-800-275-8777). If there are any damages to your lashes contact us within 24 hours of receiving an item at email@example.com.

return & exchange policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is damaged or you received the wrong item. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us at within 24 hours of receiving an item with details of the product and the defect. You can send us pictures with original packaging and unworn lashes or fitness wear, that you consider defective at email@example.com. If you wear the lashes or fitness wear and find them defective after we are not responsible and you cannot get a refund or exchange.
*** Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
Do not place last minute orders. Please give yourself time to ensure that you receive your products before any important events. We are not responsible for any late packages that are out of our control.
All sales are FINAL. There are absolutely NO refunds & exchanges.
